Sometimes you just need a kind voice outside your life. Wildflower Alliance offers peer support when they're available, without requiring you to explain everything or prove you're in crisis.
Wildflower Alliance Peer Support Line
Phone: 888-407-4515
Hours: Mon–Thu 7–9pm ET, Fri–Sun 7–10pm ET
Wildflower's own policy states that this line does not collect personal information, perform assessments, or call crisis services or police. That's unusually direct, and it's the closest fit we've found for what Depthline tries to be.
Last checked: May 31, 2026. Policies can change — please verify on their site before sharing anything you don't want shared.
The line has limited hours. Here's what we'd offer before we'd point you somewhere we don't trust.
If there's someone you could reach. A friend, a partner, a sibling, a neighbor, a therapist — anyone who has earned your trust. You don't need a script. "Hey, I'm not doing great tonight, can we talk?" is enough.
Before you share identifying details with any service. Your name, your location, anything that could put a person at your door — you can ask first: Do you call police or emergency services without my consent? Do you collect my location? Do you share my data? Is this actually free? You're allowed to ask these questions.
If you want emergency help, that's your choice. Local emergency services exist if you decide they're what you need. We don't make that decision for you, and we don't route you there by default.
We keep this list small on purpose. We only include resources that appear to respect consent and avoid surprise police or crisis escalation. Policies can change, so if you notice anything here that doesn't match this standard, please let us know through the contact page.
